At 8O8, every piece is crafted with intention, care, and a commitment to quality. We hope you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a graceful and seamless resolution through exchange or store credit, as outlined below.


Our Policy
To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene standards of our products, 8O8 does not offer monetary refunds. Once an order has been placed and payment is complete, the amount is non-refundable.

Instead, we offer:
• Exchange for another item of equal value, or
• Store credit for the value of your purchase, redeemable for future orders


Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• A request should be submitted via help.eightoeight@gmail.com with your order number


How to Initiate a Request

2. Share your order details, reason for request, and supporting images if needed
3. Once approved, you may choose between an exchange or store credit for future use

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at +918960788853
After review and approval, we will offer an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or provide store credit.
